Delivery & Shipping
Everything you need to know about where FitCooker delivers, delivery costs, tracking and damaged parcels.
We deliver to the destinations that are available in the checkout on fitcooker.eu. If a country or delivery address cannot be selected at checkout, we are not currently able to ship to that destination through the website.
The exact delivery charge, including any free-delivery option that may apply to your order, is displayed at checkout before payment. You can review the delivery method and total order cost before placing the order.
The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to your order. We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible.
Unless a different delivery date or period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, as required by applicable EU consumer law.
Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch or shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@fitcooker.eu as soon as possible.
We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may no longer be possible once the parcel has entered the carrier network.
If your order has not arrived within the delivery estimate, contact support@fitcooker.eu. We will check the shipment with the carrier and help you resolve the issue.
Additional consumer rights may apply if delivery does not take place within the agreed or legally applicable timeframe.
If a parcel is lost before delivery, or if your FitCooker arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
Photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and product can help us deal with the carrier and resolve the issue faster.
Returns & Refunds
Information about changing your mind, returning your FitCooker and receiving a refund.
Yes. If you purchased FitCooker online as a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
For goods, the 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
You must clearly tell us about your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Contact support@fitcooker.eu or use the statutory model withdrawal form available on the website. Your message should identify the order and state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision.
Please contact us before sending the parcel so we can provide the correct return instructions and confirm the return address.
Do not send a return to another address shown on packaging, invoices or carrier labels unless FitCooker Support has confirmed that address for returns.
For a change-of-mind return under the 14-day right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless FitCooker expressly agrees to cover that cost.
This is different from a valid legal-guarantee claim for a faulty or non-conforming product.
You may inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning in a way comparable to what would reasonably be possible in a physical shop.
Handling that goes beyond what is necessary for that purpose may result in diminished value.
Please return the product with all supplied parts, accessories and complimentary Starter Set items that formed part of the order.
If you validly withdraw from the contract, FitCooker will reimburse the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For goods, we may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
A faulty, damaged or non-conforming product is not treated in the same way as a simple change-of-mind return.
Your statutory legal-guarantee rights apply separately. Contact support@fitcooker.eu before returning the product.
Email support@fitcooker.eu and include your order number and the reason for contacting us so we can direct you to the correct process.
Warranty & Legal Guarantee
Learn what the FitCooker legal guarantee covers and what happens if something goes wrong.
FitCooker products purchased by consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity applicable in Belgium and the European Union.
For a new FitCooker, the legal guarantee applies for 2 years from the date the product is delivered to you.
The legal guarantee applies when the product does not conform to the contract — for example, when it does not correspond to what was ordered, does not have the qualities or performance a consumer may reasonably expect, or develops a conformity defect during the guarantee period.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, unauthorised modification, external causes or use contrary to the instructions supplied with the product.
If your FitCooker has a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, you are entitled to have the product brought into conformity free of charge.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this will normally be through repair or replacement.
If the claim is covered by the legal guarantee, you will not be charged the necessary costs of bringing the product into conformity.
This includes necessary return or dispatch costs, labour and parts.
Contact FitCooker Support at support@fitcooker.eu as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
Include your order number or other proof of purchase, describe the issue and when it started, and attach clear photos or a short video where helpful.
The legal guarantee period is suspended for the time required to repair or replace the product, in accordance with applicable Belgian consumer law.
No. Nothing in the FitCooker warranty information excludes, restricts or replaces mandatory rights you have under applicable Belgian or EU consumer-protection law.
