Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable Belgian and European Union consumer legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Fitcooker of the decision to withdraw within the 14-day period. Following notification, the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the goods are defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming.

Returned goods may be inspected to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer may be held responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Following a valid withdrawal, Fitcooker will refund the payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Any additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from notification of withdrawal. Fitcooker may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Products that are defective or do not conform to the contract are covered by the applicable Belgian and EU legal guarantee. For new consumer goods, the statutory guarantee period is two years from delivery. The customer's statutory rights regarding repair, replacement, price reduction or reimbursement remain unaffected.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to consumer purchases made through the Fitcooker online store and does not limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Belgian or European Union law.
